Overcoming full storage on the iPhone

Before going any further, please download the Folderin application.

We will help provide steps so that the storage on the iPhone is not full.

Note the following steps:

1. Open the Folderin application.
2. Backup all your photos and videos using the Folderin application.
3. Make sure your photo and video backup process has been completed.
4. When finished, exit the Folderin application.
5. Open the Photos application on your iPhone.
6. Delete all existing photos and videos in the Photos application.
7. If it has been successfully deleted, please enter the Recently Deleted page at the bottom of the page.
8. Permanently delete all photos and videos in the Photos application so that the storage is not full.
